Executives, Directors & Managers Career Opportunities

A BRIDGE TO NEW PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGES AND NEW SUCCESSES

You have had an exemplary career. Your management skills and commitment have enabled you to grow in skills and responsibilities. You now hold a high position in the organisation that employs you and you are proud of how far you have come.

However, for some time now, the motivation and energy you used to put into your tasks has waned: routine has settled in. The marked path that led you to success has become uncertain, your career horizon has darkened.

You want to make a new start: the obstacles to overcome and the fear of the unknown can make you dizzy. The visualization of a bridge, aesthetic and solid, a clear passage well anchored in the reality of your know-how and the values of a new employer, allows you to concretize the objective to be achieved.

This gives meaning to your professional project, reassures and motivates you.

Our role is to guide you in your search at no cost to you
in accordance with four main principles:

Equal opportunities

Only your skills and experience will be taken as a measure of your ability to succeed in the position offered by your future employer, our client. Therefore, in the pre-selection phase, we will not ask you for information that could reveal your gender, your age, your ethnic origin etc… Only the information that is essential for communication, i.e. a mobile number and an email address, should be included on the CV that you attach to your application form.

Confidentiality

A candidate in a position of high responsibility risks his career if his present employer discovers he is actively seeking another job.

Conversely, an employer does not want a position that has already been filled appear to be subject to replacement, causing anxiety and demotivation which may spread to direct employees.

Anonymity

For the reasons mentioned above, anonymity will be maintained, for both the employer and the candidates, until a shortlist of three candidates has been validated by the employer.

It will then be up to the employer to take precautions to ensure that unsuccessful shortlisted candidates are not identified by his staff during the interviews. With candidate’s agreement, unsuccessful applications may be kept anonymously by JobVentures and automatically reactivated, on the profiles sought, by new job offers.

Right of withdrawal and access to information

Each candidate may request by email, mentioning his/her mobile phone number in the email for security reasons, a copy of the information he/she has registered on our site or its definitive deletion. The entry of a new application will require the completion of the corresponding form and the sending of a new CV.
